Approve Agreement with Redwood Coast Community Services, Inc. in the amount of $156,000 to provide housing and services to assist emancipated former foster/probation youth and young adults, from Age 18 until their 25th Birthday, effective October 1, 2025, through June 30, 2025; authorize the Department of Social Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The proposed Agreement provides tiered funding for Transitional Housing Program-Plus (THP-Plus), a
program that offers supportive housing for an average of five eligible young adults per month, who are at least eighteen years of age and not yet twenty-five years old and who have exited foster care or juvenile probation on or after their eighteenth birthday for up to thirty-six cumulative months.
