Ratify submission of revenue Agreement No. 20-HHAP-00014 with Business, Consumer Services, and Housing Agency for Homeless Housing Assistance and Prevention Program allocation in the amount of $856,699.99, effective upon full execution through June 30, 2025; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
CA AB-101 Housing Development and Financing of 2019-2020 authorized a $650 million one-time block grant that provides local jurisdictions with funds to support regional coordination and expand or develop local capacity to address immediate homelessness challenges. Mendocino County has been allocated $856,699.99 by the Business, Consumer Services, and Housing Agency (BCSH) for services to persons experiencing homelessness. The original deadline to return Standard Agreement documents to BCSH was May 15, 2020, with an extension to May 29, 2020. On May 19, 2020, Mendocino County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) signed the Standard Agreement and sent it to BCSH for final execution. HHSA requests ratification of submission of the Standard Agreement with BCSH in the amount of $856,699.99.
