Approve retroactive second amendment to BOS Agreement No. 22-096 with AECOM Technical Services, a California Corporation, increasing the contract amount by $71,199 for a new total amount not to exceed $1,449,147, extending the Agreement term through December 30, 2026, to include commissioning services and extended Construction Management services for the Measure B Psychiatric Health Facility Project; and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On May 3, 2022, the Board approved Agreement No. BOS-22-096 with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $1,377,948 to provide professional preconstruction and construction management services for the Measure B Psychiatric Health Facility Project.
On December 16, 2025, the Board approved the First Amendment to Agreement No. BOS-22-096, extending the contract term through August 15, 2026, and revising the scope of services to include occupancy phase support, Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) coordination, owner-user meetings, and updated fee schedules.
