At the Workshop Meeting of January 27, 2017, clarification and direction was given to staff to revise the draft Cannabis Facilities Ordinance Chapter 6.36 and the Medical and Adult Use Cannabis Facilities Zoning Ordinance Chapter 20.243.
Summary of Request:
Please see the following attachments for Board review: staff memorandum outlining the proposed recommendations, draft Cannabis Facilities Ordinance Chapter 6.36 and draft Medical and Adult Use Cannabis Facilities Zoning Ordinance Chapter 20.243. Staff request that, following the presentation and testimony from the general public, the Board of Supervisors provide direction to staff on the proposed recommendations.
