PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On April 18, 2017, the Board of Supervisors requested staff to coordinate a presentation by the Executive Director of the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board regarding an informational update on the Cannabis Cultivation Waste Discharge Regulatory Program.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Executive Director Matt St. John, will provide the Board of Supervisor with an overview of the Cannabis Cultivation Waste Discharge Regulatory Program and an update on the implementation of the program. Presenting with Mr. St. John will be Josh Curtis and Stormer Feiler, staff involved in the regulatory program and versed in the technical aspects of the waiver.
