Summary of Request

On February 9, 2017 the Mendocino County Sheriff Office released a Request for Proposal (RFP) #SO-2017-002 titled “Medical Health Services for the Mendocino County Jail”.  The RFP closed on April 7, 2017.  Three proposals were received.  The RFP process is still on going and not yet finalized.  The term date on the current agreement with CFMG will expire prior to the RFP process coming to a conclusion.  It is necessary to amend the current CFMG agreement for a six-month period to allow for medical health services in the County Jail to continue uninterrupted for inmates while the RFP process concludes.
