August 13, 2013, Item 4(h), Approval of revised by-laws of Mendocino County Policy Council on Children and Youth/Child Abuse Prevention Commission (PCCY/CAPC).                       

 

Summary of Request

On April 20, 2017, the PCCY/CAPC changed and updated their by-laws. The by-laws have not been updated since July 2013 and were last reviewed and approved by the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors in August 2013. It is now the desire of the PCCY/CAPC to update the by-laws and have the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors review and approve the newly amended by-laws as presented.
