Approve Agreement with UC Davis Northern California Training Academy in the amount of $120,000 to provide professional consultations and trainings recommended in the Organizational Assessment to Health and Human Services Agency Family and Children's Services beginning June 2017 through June 2018; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any further amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
UC Davis Northern California Training Academy conducted an Organizational Assessment of FCS in 2016 and identified a number of recommendations to help FCS improve. This Agreement will provide the recommended professional consultation services and trainings to help address areas needing improvement in FCS organizational practice.
