Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:

On April 4, 2017, the Board of Supervisors adopted Ordinance No. 4381, which added Chapters 10A.17 and 20.242 to the Mendocino County Code.  Amendments to Chapter 10A.17 were adopted by the Board at its meeting on August 29, 2017, by Ordinance No. 4392.                     

 

Summary of Request

The Board of Supervisors directed that staff return to the Board of Supervisors on September 12, 2017, to discuss a range of issues related to potential ordinance amendments and implementation.  Staff has prepared a memorandum, attached to this agenda packet, regarding certain specific topics.
