Summary of Request:
The Agreement specifies that Mendocino County Library is providing a location at the Fort Bragg Library for a computer terminal equipped with legal software provided by the Mendocino County Law Library for public use. The Law Library will provide all subscription services for the software and will be responsible for supplying replacement hardware. All maintenance and repair of the computer terminal and an internet connection will be provided by Mendocino County Information Services.
