Adopt Resolution approving Amendment Number 2 to BOS Agreement 16-017, Department of Transportation Agreement No. 160025, for Engineering Consulting Services with Quincy Engineering Inc. in the amount of $123,100, for a new Agreement total of not to exceed $749,000, for the design of the Robinson Creek Bridge replacement on Lambert Lane, County Road 123A, Milepost 0.10 (Boonville area); and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
By Resolution Number (No.) 16-051 (April 19, 2016) the Board of Supervisors (BOS) approved BOS Agreement No. 16-017/Department of Transportation (DOT) Agreement No. 160025 with Quincy Engineering Inc. (QEI), for plans, specifications, and estimate bid package for a total amount of $626,000.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On April 19, 2016, the BOS approved BOS Agreement No. 16-017/DOT Agreement No. 160025 with QEI for professional design services for the replacement of the Robinson Creek Bridge on Lambert Lane. During the winter storms of 2018/19, the bridge abutment undermined causing cracking that prompted the closing of the bridge and deployment of a temporary bridge.
