Adopt the Resolution authorizing the DA's submittal of the FY 2019/20 Victim Witness Assistance Grant Application to Cal OES with signatory authorization to execute the Grant Agreement including any extensions or amendments thereof. Victim/Witness Assistance isfunded in part from funds made available through Chapter 1312, 1983 Statutes, administered by the California Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES).
