RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve retroactive Agreement with Long Valley Fire Protection District in the amount of $66,000 for Advanced Life Support Services to enhance existing ground ambulance services for the term of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) requests Board approval of the Agreement with Long Valley Fire Protection District to allow for a continuation of the Advanced Life Support (ALS) Enhancement Pilot Project in Laytonville and surrounding areas.
