Approve Amendment to BOS Agreement No. 17-103 with Dimension Reports, LLC, in the amount of $3,500 for a new total of $62,000 to provide oversight of Short Doyle Medi-Cal System programs and reports for Behavioral Health and Recovery Services, effective when fully executed through June 30, 2020; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any further amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Orri Rail, of Dimension Reports, LLC, is a fiscal consultant and provides oversight of programs and reports on all submissions of 837/835 data necessary for billing in the Short Doyle Medi-Cal system by Mendocino County's Behavioral Health and Recovery Services. His consultations incorporate a secondary level of checks and balances that help in verifying the Electronic Health Record and provide a second round of review to ensure proper claiming. The oversight may also be used to justify service delivery numbers, by providing a secondary unrelated system utilizing only State reports as backup documentation for audit purposes.
