Adopt Resolution authorizing Mendocino County's participation in the 'One-Time Housing Funds for Whole Person Care Pilots' funding opportunity through the Department of Health Care Services; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency to accept Mendocino County's allocation of $1,137,158.69; and authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director to sign the resulting Revenue Agreement and any amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
