Adopt Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $15,076.76 from the William J. and Melvina K. Toney Revocable Trust to the Mendocino County Historical Society to cover capital expenses related to the museum; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:
March 18, 2015 the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 15-132 providing the terms for disbursement of Toney Endowment Principal. On July 13, 2018, the Mendocino Historical Society submitted a request for transfer of Capital Expenses in the amount of $45,850.56. On May 7, 2019, the Board of Supervisors adopted a resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $47,624.31 from to cover capital expenses related to the Museum.
