SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Health and Human Services Agency, Public Health, Community Wellness Unit, has applied for a 32-month grant in an amount up to $255,000, with potential for additional funding, from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) to sustain the work of the SafeRx Mendocino Opioid Safety Coalition.
