PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On October 10, 2017, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 17-147, declaring an emergency related to the Redwood Complex Fire. This Resolution has been adopted monthly declaring continuations of the local emergency.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On October 9, 2017, the Redwood Fire started and has resulted in significant structural damage to several portions of the county. On October 9, 2017, the Mendocino County Chief Executive Officer/Director of Emergency services proclaimed, by delegation, that a state of emergency exists. On October 10, 2017, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 17-147, declaring an emergency related to the Redwood Complex Fire.
