SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Department of Transportation (DOT) requests the Board accept the findings of Traffic Study Number (No.) 20-01, which determined that the establishment of a 35 mile per hour prima facie speed zone on Boice Lane, County Road (CR) 413, from Milepost (MP) 0.00-0.40, to accept the findings of Traffic Study No. 20-02, which determined that the establishment of a 45 mile per hour prima facie speed zone on Boice Lane, CR 413, from MP 0.40 - MP 1.26, and accept the findings of Traffic Study No. 20-03, which determined that the establishment of a 35 mile per hour prima facie speed zone on Pearl Drive, CR 412A, from MP 0.00 - MP 0.56, is in order.
