SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On June 25, 2019, the Purchasing Agent for the County of Mendocino signed Agreement No. PA 18-339, in the amount of $49,990, between ESA and Planning and Building Services to authorize the completion update of a Revised Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Harris Quarry use permit. As the work continues on this project, it is necessary to increase the amount of the Agreement to a total of $60,000 to allow the consultant to complete all deliverables in the contract.
