The Board has adopted earlier adopted elements of the North Coast Resource Partnership Plan.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The County of Mendocino is a member agency of the North Coast Resource Partnership (NCRP) which serves as a conduit for water project related funding. The Department of Water Resources has determined that the North Coast Resource Partnership (NCRP) Plan, Phase IV is consistent with the Integrated Regional Water Management Plan Standards (IRWM) and is eligible for IRWM funding. In order to comply with eligibility requirements for Proposition I IRWM funding and access funds for the following projects, the Board of Supervisors is required to adopt the attached Resolution.
