California Assembly Bills 995 and 531 provided funding to county child welfare agencies in the Budget Act of 2019 of $8 Million Dollars statewide to support the Transitional Housing Program-Plus (THP) and $5 Million Dollars statewide to support the Housing Navigation Program (HNP).
