PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
The ACLUP was adopted by the Board on October 21, 1993 and revised on June 6, 1996.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On November 13, 2018, the PBS Director presented a list of Department priorities for the coming year. During this update, the Board expressed interest in completing the update to the ACLUP as soon as possible. As such, the PBS Director met with the City of Ukiah's Community Development Director, Craig Schlatter, and fast-tracked an update. On March 8, 2019, Purchase Agreement No. PA 18-290 was approved with the City of Ukiah related to cost sharing for the consultant preparing the ACLUP update. At this time, the City of Ukiah has requested an Amendment to PA 18-290 to increase the total amount by $9,900.00, revise the scope of work, as stated in the attached Exhibit A. By approval of this agreement, the total cost to the County to complete the ACLUP will be $53,233.33.
