RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve retroactive Agreement with Redwood Community Services in the Amount of $152,742 to provide services to individuals and families in accordance with Center for Disease Control and Prevention COVID-19 guidelines and create a Program Guide to homeless services in alignment with Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care's Strategic Plan, effective March 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The proposed Agreement with Redwood Community Services (RCS) supports Mendocino County's Whole Person Care (WPC) Pilot Project and distributes a portion of Mendocino County's Emergency Homeless Funding issued by the state in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Funding for the Whole Person Care Pilot Project spanned five fiscal years beginning in 2016.
