RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve retroactive Agreement with Sonoma County in the amount of $1,182,221.62 to provide Emergency Medical Services administration in Mendocino County, effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
