Summary of Request

Hub City Terminals Inc. donated a refrigeration trailer to the County of Mendocino to be stored at Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office for the purpose of coroner investigations. It can also be used as a temporary morgue in the event of a COVID-19 surge resulting in a large number of deaths in the county that local mortuaries may not be able to handle. Currently the trailer is registered under Hub City Terminal Inc. and the County will need to transfer ownership under the County of Mendocino’s name. A donation agreement was signed on April 6, 2020, Cobblestone # 1575.
