Approve Agreement with Mendocino County Youth Project (MCYP) in the amount of $208,140 to provide mental health counseling services for Juvenile Hall youth for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023; authorize Chair to sign same; further authorize the Chief Probation Officer to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount of the Agreement.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Mendocino County Youth Project (MCYP) provides a mental health clinician 24 hours per week to the youth incarcerated in the Mendocino County Juvenile Hall. The funding is provided by the Supportive and Therapeutic Options Program (STOP) Grant and the Youthful Offender Block Grant (YOBG).
