Approve agreement with GEO Reentry Services LLC in the amount of $1,440,000.00 to provide Adult Day Reporting Center Services for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2024; authorize the Chief Probation Officer to sign any future amendments to the agreement that do not increase the contract dollar amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Board approved and signed the 2012-13 agreement on 3/27/2012 and subsequent amendments extending the termination date to 6/30/2016. Board approved and signed the 2016-17 agreement on 6/221/2016 and subsequent amendments extending the termination date to 6/30/2020.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
In order to provide effective and intensive community supervision, the Community Corrections Partnership selected GEO Reentry Services LLC (previously BI Inc.) to run the Adult Day Reporting Center. GEO provides a true evidence-based supervision program meeting all AB109 Community Supervision requirements. GEO's program structure includes and incorporates all of our requirements necessary for our AB109 programs including, but not limited to: risk and needs assessments, cognitive behavioral programs (individual and group), behavioral change plans, self-directed journaling, anger management, substance abuse testing and treatment, graduated sanctions and rewards, intensive probation supervision, employment and training ...
