Approve the Lease Agreement with GEO Reentry Services LLC for County premises located at 559 Low Gap Road in Ukiah, CA for the purpose of operating a Day Reporting Center (DRC) pursuant to separately executed Standard Services Agreement for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 with three (3) one (1) year extension options; authorize the Chief Probation Officer to sign any future amendments that do not increase the cost of the lease; and authorize the Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
GEO Reentry Services LLC operates the Adult Day Reporting Center (DRC) for the County of Mendocino Probation Department as approved by the Community Corrections Partnership and funded through Community Corrections (AB109) funds. The DRC is operated within a County facility. In consideration for the value of the County premises occupied by GEO Reentry Services LLC for the purpose of operating the DRC, the monthly rate of $1,300.00 has been established. The amount of this monthly rate is deducted from the monthly service cost for operating the DRC under the separately executed Standard Services Agreement.
