SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The attached agreement with LACO is for a one year period, with the services to include on-call planning services, such as current planning review and processing, advanced planning development and implementation, review and preparation of project environmental reviews, and specialized services such as Transportation, Air Quality, Green House Gas Emissions, Noise, Biology, Visual Resources, Energy and Historic Preservation/Cultural Resource studies. These services will only be utilized to supplement staff as needed to facilitate time sensitive processing.
