BOS supported Senator McGuire's sponsored SB185 in regards to Appellations of Origin.
Summary of Request:
Senator McGuire is considering legislation about the appellations of origin for cannabis. The proposed legislation would provide guidance for statewide baseline for appellations and some of the criteria for appellations of origin. It is important that Senator McGuire be encouraged and supported in moving this legislation forward.
