SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On July 22, 2020, a motion was passed at the Mental Health Treatment Act Citizen's Oversight Committee Measure B meeting to recommend to the Board of Supervisors that $3,700,000 of Measure B funds be allocated toward the building of a Crisis Residential Treatment Facility on Orchard Avenue in Ukiah, which includes contracting with AECOM to provide construction management services from the pre-construction phase through the completion of the facility.
