Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:

On June 23, 2020, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 20-079 Master Position Allocation Table for Fiscal Year 2020-21. On June 23, 2020, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 20-087 which included the adoption of the new classification of Senior Risk Analyst Salary No. 3696.                     

 

Summary of Request

The Human Resources Department is charged, as part of the overall maintenance of the classification and compensation plan, to evaluate current classifications, create new classifications (including appropriate salary levels), reclassify positions, examine requests for salary grade adjustments, analyze allocations, and make recommendations for additions, modifications, and corrections.

 

On June 23, 2020, the Board adopted Resolution No. 20-087 which included the adoption of a new classification of Senior Risk Analyst and the reclassification of affected incumbent. The salary range proposed was adopted as Salary No. 3696.  It has since been discovered that the salary range adopted was calculated based upon rates not effective until September 6, 2020. 

 

This item is to correct the salary range of Senior Risk Analyst from Salary No. 3696; $2,956.80 - $3,594.40 to Salary No. 3448; $2,758.40 - $3,352.80/Bi-weekly.
