PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On August 4, 2020, an announcement was made during open session of the Board of Supervisors meeting regarding the intent to purchase property located at 131 Whitmore Lane, Ukiah (APN No. 184-044-10-00).

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The property is a single story building, 39 units with 113 beds skilled nursing facility with approximately 24,800 square feet on approximately 2.32 acres. The facility offers two nurses' stations, three community shower rooms, and well equipped laundry and kitchen areas. There are two interior courtyards and a large, paved side yard on the south side of the property.
