PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On October 22, 2019, the Board authorized the Sheriff's Office to accept $15,930 in funding from the Board of State and Community Corrections to provide mental health training to the Corrections Division of the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
This amendment extends the end date of grant agreement no. BSCC-0048-18-MH from September 30, 2020 to September 30, 2021. This extension gives entities who had not yet done the training due to COVID restrictions one more year to utilize the funds.

Grant agreement no. BSCC-0048-18-MH facilitates disbursement of the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) Mental Health Training Grant made available through the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) program.
