PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On February 27, 2018 the Board of Supervisors formed the Vichy Springs Litigation Ad Hoc Committee consisting of Supervisors Brown and McCowen to meet with representatives of the City of Ukiah regarding on-going litigation.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The ad hoc committee has not met since the last closed session update to the Board, the City of Ukiah has disbanded its ad hoc committee that was appointed for this issue and the litigation is at a point where it is appropriate for any future issues to be presented directly to the full Board. If there is a need to do so the ad hoc committee can be reconstituted at a future time. County Counsel concurs with this request.

Do not disband the ad hoc committee and provide alternative direction.
