Approve retroactive second Amendment to BOS Agreement No. 18-157 with Magellan Health Services of California, Inc. - Employer Services revising the original Exhibit A Section 3.2 increasing the Number of EAP counseling sessions for general employees and revising the Payment Terms in the original Exhibit B to reflect the updated pricing and to purchase a Single Sign On service, Effective November 1, 2020 through December 31, 2022; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Magellan Health Services of California, Inc. - Employer Services (Magellan) has been providing Employee Assistance Program services to Mendocino County employees and their dependents since October, 2014. The current Agreement is for a predetermined number of in person counseling sessions per employee per issue with Safety personnel allowed more visits than non-safety personnel.
Human Resources is requesting to increase the number of allowed sessions for non-safety personnel from six (6) sessions, as stated in the current exhibits A and B, to ten (1...
