RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Adopt resolution denying the appeal of the Planning Commission approval of a Negative Declaration and Major Use Permit for a wireless communications facility located near Willits (U_2019-0011), and adopting a Negative Declaration and granting a Major Use Permit for said project with a modified project description and conditions of approval to make the facility a monopine; and authorize Chair to sign same.

The Board of Supervisors adopted Ord. No. 3953 in 1996 establishing Chapter 20.236 (Towers and Antennas) in Division I of Title 20 of County Code. The Board of Supervisors adopted Ord. No. 4341, on August 4, 2015 making amendments to Chapter 20.236 (Towers and Antennas).
