Ratify grant with Center at Sierra Health Foundation, with funding from the State of California's Department of Health Care Services, for the Behavioral Health Telehealth SUD Telehealth Activities Funding Opportunity; authorize the Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Director to sign the resulting retroactive revenue Agreement in the amount of $50,000 with Sierra Health Foundation: Center for Health Program Management, effective September 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021; authorize the Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Director to sign amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Summary of Request:
The purpose of the project is to enhance current telehealth options to allow for further expansion of telehealth services to individuals accessing and needing to access substance use disorders treatment services in Mendocino County. This project will provide the ability to expand current limited technology resources so that County staff are able to continue to provide services at the level provided prior to the COVID pandemic as well as to continue social distancing to protect clients and staff.
The Health and Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services, requests ratification of the grant application, which is included in the attached Agreement, and approval of the revenue Agreement with Sierra Health Foundation: Center for Health Program Management.
