Adopt the Revised Resolution authorizing Mendocino County to re-submit an Application to utilize Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) CARES Act funds to provide Microenterprise Financial Assistance to benefit, low and moderate-income households and provide assistance to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On August 18, 2020, Mendocino County Planning and Building Services held a public hearing to authorize the submittal of an application to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) CARES Act Funds in the amount of $293,812 to provide Microenterprise Financial Assistance to Benefit, Low and Moderate-Income Households and Provide Assistance to Mitigate the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic. HCD has received the application and request a singular word change to the Resolution.
