Approve Agreement with Nokia of America Corporation in the amount of $1,170,271.85 for the acquisition of network upgrade improvements and related services for the County Public Safety Microwave Radio Communications System; authorize the Chief Executive Officer or her/his designee to execute any and all documents in relation to the transaction; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer or her/his designee to sign any future amendments to the agreement that do not alter the fiscal aspect of the Nokia of America Corporation agreement for equipment, software and services; and authorize Chair to sign same.
