PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On a regular meeting of the Board on September 22nd 2020, the Board of Supervisors approved an increase to revenue account 825670 (Federal Other) in the amount of $60,354.86 as part of the approval of an additional equipment purchase for the November 3, 2020 Statewide General Election.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
This budget adjustment reflects a portion of the additional cost of conducting the November 3, 2020 Statewide General Election that have been or are expected to be reimbursed due to increased costs associated with COVID-19. The $55,611.00 for 827801 (Grant Revenue), has already been received. The $33,031.32 reflects additional expected CARES Act funding that has been submitted to the state for reimbursement. The budget increase has a net zero impact on the County general fund, as all increased expenses are expected to be reimbursed or have already been reimbursed.
