Adopt Resolution declaring the continuation of a Local Emergency related to the October wind events and corresponding Pacific Gas and Electric Public Safety Power Shutoff Events on October 23, 2019, October 26, 2019, and October 29, 2019, in Mendocino County as declared by the Chief Executive Officer/Director of Emergency Services; and authorize Chair to sign same.

On October 30, 2019, the Mendocino County Chief Executive Officer/Director of Emergency Services proclaimed that a Local Emergency exists throughout Mendocino County. On November 5, 2019, the Board of Supervisors ratified the Declaration of Local Emergency. On November 19, 2019, December 17, 2019, January 7, 2020, February 4, 2020, February 25, 2020, March 24, 2020, April 20, 2020, May 19, 2020, June 10, 2020, and June 23, 2020, July 21, 2020, August 18, 2020, September 1, 2020, September 22, 2020, October 20, 2020, November 17, 2020, and December 15, 2020 the Board of Supervisors declared the continuation of the local emergency.
