Authorize the Facilities and Fleet Division to purchase a Wheel Balancer for the County Garage, located at 841 Low Gap Road in Ukiah, in the amount of $7,498.87; and Approve the addition of the item to the County list of fixed assets.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
Approval of the 2020-2021 Budget including Garage funding for new equipment in the amount of $20,000.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Garage Budget for 2021 fiscal year included funding to replace the remaining older vehicle Wheel Balancing machine. Doing so will aid in properly maintaining the fleet of County vehicles, improving driver safety, and allow more efficient utilization of County materials and assets. The equipment budget for the wheel balancer is already available in the appropriate budget.
