RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve Agreement with Tapestry Family Services in the amount of $549,402 utilizing Mental Health Student Services Act of 2019 grant funds over a period of four years to enhance services and supports available to children and their families in a school based setting, effective upon full execution of the Agreement through August 31, 2024; authorize the Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Director to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
In November 2020, California's Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission returned a fully executed revenue agreement to Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) for $2.5 million of funds through the Mental Health Student Services Act (MHSSA) grant.
