The Board of Supervisors regularly adopts Proclamations recognizing community members for their service and accomplishments.
Summary of Request:
Pearl has played a pivotal role in developing and establishing the Mendocino Coast Community Library and has supported the Mendocino County Library system for fully twenty years. It is appropriate that the Board of Supervisors honor Pearl Watts for her dedication to the public good, through her tireless work for the Coast Community Library and for all branch libraries in the Mendocino County Library system.

Do not adopt Proclamation and return to staff with direction.
