SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The County entered into a $50,000 Purchasing Agent Agreement with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore (LCW) for litigation services for Grewal v. County of Mendocino on March 4, 2020. The Board approved additional funding on this agreement on 02/23/2021 but the agreement mistakenly didn't include an extension of the termination date.
