Summary of Request:
The Mental Health Treatment Act Citizen’s Oversight Committee voted on February 24, 2021, to recommend to the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors to allow the use of Measure B funds to hire a consultant to facilitate a strategic plan process based on the Kemper Report, which would include a comprehensive 5 year strategic plan with action plan timeline and a detailed financial plan. The strategic plan will be used as the performance management strategy pursuant to the Mental Health Treatment Act Ordinance.
