Summary of Request:
County Counsel is requesting the Board to approve the Third Amendment to Agreement No. Co-03. One January 8, 2018, the County and Contractor entered into an agreement in the amount of $10,000 to fund the Vineyard Crossings Project. The full amount of $10,000 was paid by the developer to the County to fund the agreement. The project is still active and therefore, it is necessary to extend the period of the agreement from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2022.
Alternative Action/Motion:
Do not approve the Amended Agreement with Abbott & Kindermann, Inc. and provide direction to staff.
