Approve second amendment to revenue agreement No. 19-10160 A02 with the California Department of Public Health in the amount of $97,168 for a new total of $3,008,722 for Women, Infants and Children program services, effective October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2022; adopt Resolution approving the execution of the second Amendment; and authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Assistant Director or designee to sign future amendments that do not exceed the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
